This article is devoted to the consideration of stress as a global problem of our time, which has a significant impact on the health and quality of life of the planet's population. Psycho physiological aspects of the body's response to stimuli of various strengths, phases and symptoms of stress, as well as methods for inducing adaptive activation and training reactions that increase the body's resistance to adverse impact factors are discussed. Particular attention is paid to scientific and theoretical approaches and mechanisms of Music Therapy in the fight against stress and its consequences, the main tasks are formulated with the stages of practical work in their solution. One of the main conclusions of the article is the idea that for an effective large-scale fight against stress, it is necessary to actively introduce digital technologies of scientific music therapy, including those integrated with robotics, telemedicine, and online services.
